Q. What happens if I abort the first settings?
A. If you abort the settings, the setting screen will apear when you restart the application. If you restart the application after you tapped "Start settings", the setting that you haven't done yet remains as the defaut setting, Settings could be changed afterwards from the setting screen.
Q. What happens if I skip the first settings?
A. Settings will remain at the default mode if you skip the settings. Settings could be changed afterwards from the setting screen.
Q. Why is the Home information necessary?
A. Momo's costume and behavior changes depending on where you meet her. After you set your home location, Location Services automatically recognize your location if you are at home or not, and you could meet her in the different costume and behavior.
Home setting is manually changeable from the Change mode (Home mode / Outside mode).
Q. How can I set my home location?
A. Home setting is available from the Change mode (Home mode / Outside mode).

A. Check if the "Auto change mode" on the top of the home setting screen is "ON". If the setting is "OFF", manual change is the only way to change the mode.
If the "Auto change mode" is "ON" and the function is still not working, there might be cases that the Location Services is inactive, or the Location Services has a margin of error. Location Services works well on the outside rather than inside the buildings.
Q. Can we use the home function from iPod touch?
A. Location Services is unavailable on iPod touch, so the home setting function will only be available by manual change. Manual change is available from the Change mode (Home mode / Outside mode).

Q. What happens if I set my Birthday?
A. Wait till your Birthday !! She might have something special for you.
Q. How can I set the English caption?
A. English caption setting is available from the Change caption setting.
Q. Is Japanese caption available?
A. There is no Japanese caption. Only the English caption is available.
Q. How is the personal data being used?
A. Your personal data(Birthday and the Home location information)are only used inside the application,so that Momo could know more about you.
Without the case that the Home location information is sent to Google Maps, all the information are not being sent to the operator or to the third party.
Q. Is there any difference where I touch Momo, or the way I shake her?
A. Momo changes her action depending on where you touch her.(Head, Face, Body, Feet, etc.) She also change her behavior by shake, but the shaking operation is unique.
Q. What are the "Home mode" and the "Outside mode"?
A. Momo changes her costume and behavior depending on where you meet her. When she is at your home, her status will be "Home mode", and when she is not, it will be "Outside mode".

A. Momo changes her costume depending on where and when you meet her.If the application is activated for a while, she might suddenly change her costume.
If the Home mode/Outside mode is changed manually, her costume will change.
Q. How could I flip her skirt?
A. When she is wearing skirt, you could flip her skirt.
Starting from the hem of her skirt, drag as you flip her skirt.
A. Not only by tapping, dragging, shaking, flipping skirts, you could find special Momo by the special operation. Try to find out her special action.
Q. The dialog "Cache is full now. Please restart the application." appeared and Momo keeps speaking the same thing.
A. While the application is running, the cache memory are filled full. Sorry to interupt you, but please restart the application.
A. Momo only speaks Japanese. English caption funcion is available from the Change caption setting.

A. The current Location might not be loaded.
Reload the maps, or if it is not working, there might be cases that the Location Services is inactive, or the Location Services has a margin of error. Location Services works well on the outside rather than inside the buildings.

A. If the dialog appeared, iPhone/iPod touch might not be connectted to the internet. To change home settings, run the application where you could connect your iPhone/iPod touch to internet.
Q. The dialog "Turn on Location Services to allow “Momo”to determine your location" appeared.
A. Location Services of iPhone must be "ON" to use the Home/Outside mode. If the dialog appeared, the Location Services might not be set "ON". Set your Location Services to "ON" to use the "automatically change mode" function.
